My artistic inspiration comes from experiencing the nature and world around me. The most important thing is not what you see, but what you feel. For example, I try to explore my own feelings in a given moment and situation, while also appreciating its beauty. Beyond that, I pay attention to how I feel, what I smell, or how I react to the environment. When I am ready to paint, I meditate on these stored memories, and then apply them to canvas as visualized experiences.
I love color. Color speaks a universal language. As I paint my abstract acrylic pieces, I aim to capture a sense of hope for both myself and my viewers.
