Maisoon Al Saleh

I am an Emirati artist and entrepreneur, living and working in the UAE. In 2008, I was selected as one of the best 64 artists in the UAE and invited to exhibit my works at the group exhibition “Emirati Expressions.” I have since graduated from Zayed University with a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Design in 2010, and have gone on to work as an artist, showing my work domestically and internationally.

I have had 4 solo shows in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and in China, presenting my four main series: The Bright Side of the Bones, The Dara Chronicles, DXB TO PEK, and The 3 Phase Signal. I have also participated in almost a hundred group exhibitions with prominent art institutions and exhibition venues around the world. Several different galleries have represented my work at international art fairs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Europe. In 2016, I participated in an art residency program with Art House Düsseldorf, Germany, which was one of the many ways I continue to seek out new challenges in my artistic career.
