Spending my childhood between Cuba, Germany and Hungary, I was exposed to very diverse cultures and experiences, which helped shape me into the person and artist I am today. I now live on the island of Seychelles, the natural beauty and surroundings of which inspire me every day; from the ocean breeze, tropical sun, extraordinary plants and animals, and most of all, the warm hearted, open-minded islanders. Living in such a lush, deep and unadulterated environment, I have found that life here to be truly unique. My paintings reflect the precious components of being that make this place so special.
I call the style I work in the ‘Freepard Style,’ which is entirely my own style. I use only four paint colors, colors: white, black, gold and silver. Each has their own shape, own body, own limit and infinitude, and each lends something significant to the overall aesthetic in their employment. I apply the paints to canvas with a knife. My artworks have been sold across Europe and Asia, including London, Budapest and Mumbai. Among buyers are art collectors, writers, private businesses, medical centers, and high-end tourism-related enterprises.
