Though at first glance traditional, I define my work as mythical poetry with a supernatural and mystical vision. My intention is to deepen the search for a language that expresses the strange and enigmatic qualities of Nature. I paint a vision that though pristine, cannot traditionally bear analysis or conceptualization. To achieve this, I use a limited range of colors, a dominance of the atmosphere, and a scenographic arrangement of elements in the composition. In my paintings, I combine the techniques of acrylic and oil on canvas to create light illuminating from preternatural sources. These techniques combine to allow me to create a world closer to the dimension of the spirit.
